• Return and replacement

• Our policy lasts 14 days. If it has been 14 days since the purchase, we apologize for replacing or returning the product.

• Products must be in their original condition without being opened, used or damaged for any reason.

• All goods are exempt from return after opening for health reasons.

• The customer should contact the store on e-mail to make a refund request and explain the reason for the request.

• The customer will ship the product or order to be returned or replaced on his own account.
